What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have standard insurance covering via Allianz Slovakia up-to 100 000,- €. International moves we cover via OSKAR SCHUNCK Germany.
Small damages are solved with client immediately in day of delivery. In case of any bigger damage we close case within 30 days via our insurance company.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
You can spare money if you order your move min. 3 weeks in advance or you are flexible with collection or delivery date.

Die vier Mitarbeiter der Fa TRIV waren pünktlich wie vereinbart am Abholtag zur Stelle, haben sehr rasch und äußerst professioniell meine Echtholzmöbel, meine Leder-Wohnzimmergarnitiur, den großen Glastisch und vieles mehr, das mir wert und teuer ist , super verpackt . Danach im LKW verstaut und nach Ungarn transportiert. und obwohl das ganze sicher eine zwei Tagesabwicklung erfordert hätte, haben Sie die Zähne zusammengebissen und alles noch ausgepackt und montiert ( Ende 22:00 Uhr ). Da gabs kein Murren oder Raunzen, die haben angepackt, selbst unsere schweren Balkonblumengefässe wurden wie vereinbart übersiedelt. Ich würde diese Firma jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es gab keinen Aufpreis oder irgendwelche Nachforderungen. Ein TOP-Unternehmen !!!! Danke vielmals für diese Top-Leistung.
